Glimpses of school induction

In this week, I taught my students of class 8 C and 8 E following topics on the basis of lesson plans : 1)belief systems, the fall of Harappan civilization 2) Egyptian civilization 3) Mesopotamian civilization and 4) Chinese civilization. Other than teaching practices I went to substitution duties in various classes, served mid day meals to students from upper primary classes, honoured recently passed out sslc students with medal on the felicitation day sponsored by the school in the school ground in assembly form . To conclude, this week was also very good for me in my teaching practice life.

In this week we began our teaching practice phase 2 at St John's HSS, Mattom. I got 8 C and 8 E for teaching practice. So I taught five lesson plans in this week which is based on the topics : 1) Palaeolithic age and Mesolithic age 2) Neolithic age and chalcolithic age 3) Indus valley civilization 4) features of cities, granary and agriculture 5) Trade, handicrafts and occupational groups. Other than teaching practices I got substitution periods in various classes like : 9 B, 8 I, 8 C, 9 F etc. At the same time I went to serve mid day meal to upper primary class students in this week.
